How much is postage?

Postage and packaging is free for orders over £30 and only £3.95 for all orders £29.99 and under.

How long does delivery take?
We aim to send your order within 24 hours. We send 95% of orders by Royal Mail 1st class recorded. Larger items will be sent using a carrier service. We would always expect you to receive your goods within 2-3 working days of placing your order, unless we advise otherwise. If you have not received your order within 10 working days, please contact us immediately by e-mail or telephone. We will email you when the goods are dispatched.

Where do you deliver to?

At present our website will only accept orders from the United Kingdom. However, if you live outside of the UK, please send us an email quoting the product codes you wish to order and we will email you with shipping costs and alternative payment methods.
