Postage and Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Within the UK: We aim to send your order within 24 hours. We send 95% of orders by Royal Mail 1st class recorded. Larger items will be sent using a carrier service. We would always expect you to receive your goods within 2-3 working days of placing your order, unless we advise otherwise. If you have not received your order within 10 working days, please contact us immediately by e-mail or telephone. We will email you when the goods are dispatched.

Outside the UK: Your order will be shipped using Royal Mail via Airmail. We will email you when the goods are dispatched.

How much is postage?

Within the UK, postage and packaging is free for orders over £40 and only £4.95 for all orders £39.99 and under.

Postage and packaging to countries outside the UK is based upon the weight of the product. As you shop, gross weight will automatically be worked out. Please see table on delivery page for prices. (Note: please email us if your order is over 2kg in weight).

Do you keep my credit card details?

We do not hold credit card details, and never pass them on to anyone else.


How do I place an order?

Enjoy browsing through our shop, and click on the 'Add to Basket' button. (If buying a pendant with a sterling silver chain, please ensure you choose the chain length you would like.) This will place the item into the 'Basket'. When you have finished shopping, click on 'View Basket' and this will show you the details of everything that you wish to purchase. Click on 'Checkout' and follow the instructions.

Returns and Refunds

What if I don't like an item I have received?

You can return any item to us, as long as it has not been worn, is in the same condition as when you received it and is well packaged (please don't put earrings actually on until you are sure you will not be returning them). Please phone or email us within 7 days of receiving the goods to obtain a reference number and instuctions on where to return the item to. We will refund you when we have received the goods. We are unable to refund postage charges.

What if an item arrives damaged?

We take the utmost care in packaging our products securely and check all items carefully before we send them. However, if an item arrives damaged of faulty, please email or phone us within 24 hours and we will be able to discuss with you the options available to resolve the matter.

General Questions

Do you have a shop?

Yes, we have a shop in Hay On Wye, on the border between Wales and England. We carry a wider range of goods in the shop than we are able to online, and if you are in the area, it is well worth a visit. (Details and a map are in the 'Contact Us' page.) If you are making a journey to the shop to buy an item you have seen on the website, please contact us first to check availability.

I don't have pierced ears, do you only have any earrings that would be suitable?

We are able to supply earrings with clip or screw fittings in silver or gilt plate. Please contact us and we will be able to discuss this with you.

What are the benefits of registering with us?

By registering your details with us, you will be able to pass through the checkout process much quicker on future purchases. Also, we will be able to keep you up to date with any new products, promotions or news that Satori may have. We promise not to bombard you with hundreds of emails, we don't like this, so we're sure you wouldn't either!

You do not have to register to shop at Satori.
