Prices and Payment

The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site are in GB pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Postage and packaging will be charged in addition to the cost of the goods (see below for more information). We can accept payment through Paypal. Paypal can accept the following cards:

Credit Cards: VISA/DELTA/ELECTRON - MASTERCARD/EUROCARD - MAESTRO - AMERICAN EXPRESS

Debit Cards: Any debit that has a VISA or MASTERCARD logo.

Upon payment through Paypal, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. You will also receive a reference number with this confirmation which will be required for any correspondence. This will create a legally binding contract between us.

All items should be in stock; however, in the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you to advise when it is available.

Delivery

Orders are posted with Yodel Direct or Royal Mail Second Class.

Delivery Charges

Free P&P for all orders over £60.

P&P is charged at £4.95 for all orders under £60.

 

We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of receiving payment authorisation, although there may be occasions when we are unable to do this. However, we would always expect you to receive your goods within 5 - 7 working days of order confirmation, unless we advise otherwise. If you have not received your order within 14 working days, please contact us by e-mail or telephone. During Bank Holidays, we aim to process your order as normal.

Returns and Damages

Under distance selling regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 days from the date you received the goods. You must advise us before returning any goods (by e-mail or telephone) to obtain a returns reference number. Goods must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging, and returned via a traceable delivery method. Satori is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return and you are responsible for the cost of returning the items. We will refund the cost of the goods in full within 30 days of us receiving the goods.

Please note: In the interest of hygiene, and for your protection, we cannot accept returns of earrings unless the items are damaged or unfit for purpose.

We take the utmost care in packaging our products securely and check all items carefully before we send them. If however, your goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible via email and we will be able to discuss with you the options available to resolve the matter.

General Information

Satori makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of images, descriptions and measurements; however, due to photographic limitations and different computer screens/settings, variations will occur. Many of the products we sell are natural or hand made, and as such will vary in size, colour and quality and therefore goods received may vary from the photograph shown. Some photographs are representative and therefore generic in origin. However, where a product is marked ‘Actual Item’ this will be the item you receive.

Items available for sale via the website may or may not be available in the shop in Hay On Wye. If you choose to travel to the shop to buy an item that you have seen on the web site, please contact us first to check availability.

We have taken care to ensure that this website is as secure as possible. Credit and debit card transactions are made through Paypal, and no card details are held by us, and will not be held by any third party.

Privacy Policy

Satori Designs is a privately owned UK business and we value the privacy of our customers’ information. We collect information about you when you fill out our contact form or place an order for our products. We do so to, answer customer queries, process your order, manage your account and to email you about other products and offers we think may be of interest to you. When paying by credit or debit card, you will be directed to Paypal. Satori Designs neither see nor hold your credit or debit card details. If you place an order by phone and supply your payment details, once your order has been processed we will destroy the information using a shredder immediately.

Website usage information is collected using cookies. Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information. This information is used to track visitor use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity. You can set your browser not to accept cookies although in a few cases some of our website features may not function as a result.
